In November 2018, I graduated from University of Bologna with a master's degree in Neuroscience and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation. The project I have worked on for my thesis was focused on the neural basis of intention attribution during action observation. It was conducted at the Centre for studies and researches in Cognitive Neuroscience (CsrNC) in Cesena on healthy volunteers by means of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

After my MSc graduation, I joined the Motor Control Lab at Center for Mind/Brain Sciences (CIMeC) in Trento for a one-year postgraduate internship in order to further develop my research interests in the field of action and intention understanding, and to acquire additional expertise with neuroimaging techniques, such as fMRI and MEG.

At AgliotiLab, as PhD student in Cognitive, Social and Affective Neuroscience, I’m orienting my research activity in the exploration of the cognitive control dimension and of its implication in conflict monitoring, error processing and response inhibition processes. I’m going towards this issue mainly by means of non-invasive Brain Stimulation (NIBS) tools.
